John was great as he explained in easy to understand terms the importance of each item in the inspection report. John came recommended to us from our realtors and I can see why. The inspection selection is done online with the payment so the day of inspection you can focus on the results of the inspection. He had us the inspection within a couple of hours completing it and left no stone unturned. The report explains clearly the rating systems and the seriousness of what was found, as well as suggested dollar amounts that it would take if you wanted to correct the issue that he discovered. His inspections are worth every penny. He even spoke with our insurance agent to answer questions, and made a great recommendation of an insurance agent so we could get multiple quotes. To say my wife and I are highly satisfied would be an understatement.
