For larger or more complicated maintenance or repair needs, Boom-Gen subscription service provides the best in consultation and start-to-finish project management. You will have access to our certified inspectors for consultation and professional advice on the required process to correct any repair or maintenance issue.
Boom-Gen will work with you to select qualified service providers and then contact up to 3 service professionals for project bids to obtain estimates and timelines, and proof of licenses if required, to complete the project. Each proposal will be sent from the service provider, directly to you with the name and contact information of the service provider and a detailed explanation of the project scope of repairs or maintenance being requested. As the homeowner, you will be responsible for selecting the service provider, and agreeing to the terms and payment once the job is complete.
Throughout the course of the project, Boom-Gen will serve as the project phase inspector. A Boom-Gen inspector will inspect what you expect to achieve the correct and desired results, reporting to you all aspects of each phase of the project from start-to-finish.
Boom-Gen will not provide any payment services or license validation, permits, regulatory or code enforcement. Boom-Gen will only provide the means to initiate the bid/estimates. The homeowner is responsible for vendor selection and payment. Boom-Gen only provides the project inspections to keep the homeowner informed of correct repair processes and that standards of practice are being met according to the FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute) and acts only as a technical advisor and not a construction site manager.

The most common items to ignite in a dyer, causing a fire, were dust or lint (26%) and clothing (26%). Items to ignite in the washing machine were components of the appliance itself, including wire or cable insulation (26%), appliance housing or casing (24%), and the drive belt (11%).
