They discovered numerous deficiencies that could have been easily overlooked by someone not as thorough. Most builders do a decent job, but there are always things that get missed or overlooked in new construction. John and his team find those items both big and small. We have used Boom Gen a couple of times now and they have been extremely professional. John is honest, fair, and detail-oriented which is exactly what you want in a home inspection. The reports we got were very detailed and helped us negotiate our home purchase so that both buyer and seller were given the opportunity to do what is best for both parties. Although I hope to never move again, if I do, Boom Gen will be our first call when we need a home inspection. Five stars isn't enough to give. They deserve more.

John was fantastic to work with. Leading up to my inspection, he was accessible and answered all of my questions by phone. At the inspection, he was punctual and he and his crew inspected the home thoroughly. He took the time to go over all of their findings with me in person and was happy to answer questions at that point as well. John was able to get the inspection report to me that same evening and sent the 4-point and wind mitigation reports nearly immediately when I requested those. The payment system was easy to use. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Would definitely use Boom Gen again.

Boom Gen saved my daughter's life! In a new build, John and his wonderful team found an electrical hazard that could have caused a fire in what would've been my daughter's bedroom. John was dedicated to going over that house with a fine tooth comb and found things that I didn't even think to look for. He never once took for granted that it was a new construction and treated each aspect of the inspection with the care and diligence you just don't see anymore.

If you care about your family and your safety, want to protect your investment and work with a kind and decent person, John is the right man for the job. I cannot recommend him highly enough and you will be sorry if you choose someone cheaper because he's worth every penny and more!

John took the time to sit with me after the inspection to explain how to read the report and then explained the issues they found. John came recommended to us from our realtors and I can see why. The inspection selection is done online with the payment so the day of inspection you can focus on the results of the inspection. He had us the inspection within a couple of hours completing it and left no stone unturned. The report explains clearly the rating systems and the seriousness of what was found, as well as suggested dollar amounts that it would take if you wanted to correct the issue that he discovered. His inspections are worth every penny. He even spoke with our insurance agent to answer questions, and made a great recommendation of an insurance agent so we could get multiple quotes. To say my wife and I are highly satisfied would be an understatement.
